Pete and his team are great! I took my Porsche 911 to them for some work and they exceeded my expectations. The team was friendly & knowledgeable. The shop itself was unlike most shops, very clean and full of exciting cars. You’re in good hands with Bristows!

Staff are friendly and professional. I thought I needed brakes but after an inspection they determined it was not necessary at this time. A less reputable shop would have just performed the service and collected more money. I’ve always been very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Bristow’s Auto Repair was recommended to me as a shop that worked on Porsches. I was trying to identify a code for the check engine light that came on. After charging $185 just to inspect it, they said I had a cracked coil and wanted to charge me $1300 to replace all coils and spark plugs and also replace both front and rear brakes for thousands more. I checked my file and found that the coils and spark plugs had been done 2 years prior and decided to pick the car up. I had it assessed by a reputable Porsche specialist and they found no cracked coils and both front and rear brakes would last years longer. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE RIPOFFS AND SCAMMERS! Always ask to see the “broken” parts

Had to get my Jaguar checked out. It had been awhile and the engine light came on. The dealership can't and won't work on it because of its age (2005). I was referred to Bristow's and after talking with Scott, took it in. They put a scanner on it and gave it a complete "check up". There were two things that jumped out at me when I picked it up and drove away. I really think the dealership would have charged more for all the work that Bristow's did. It needed a lot and they did a lot. My car was driving like it was brand new. I couldn't believe it. I stepped on the gas and it almost got away from me. Everyone I met there was friendly and professional. Now I know where I can take my car when it needs work. Bonnie D
