The small failure came from me, the bodyshop gave me advanced notice of the Lincoln going to you. I should have called you to explain the very slow leak it had in the A/C system. Usually will take several months while it is in hibernation during the winter months. Which I understand can be extremely difficult to detect. So bottom line for me is I am very happy with the service you and your crew delivered to me! Thank you all very much!

Bob was the man and mission control..was great to let me know my audi costs to repair up front, and easy to work with, communication and helpful to diagnose between tech/ plus what ever happened with the process and go i bit extra. My 1st time with Bristow.. I'd trust them to do a good job and not screw you hard, as some shops do..aka audi fife..

They got me in right away and did a good job clearing the codes, doing a front brake job, and replacing the oil pressure sensor in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I will use them again.
