Great service and communications with their staff. They have serviced two of my cars over the past couple of years and I would rather deal with Bristows then any Porsche dealer

Bob Fuchs has great customer service and was accommodating to my schedule. Told me exactly what a routine oil change was and when I came in it was the exact same price. Nanda was a very lovely lady that gave me a ride to my apartment and came to pick me up when my car was ready. When I drove off the car felt like a new car the oil change was much needed. I have this hidden gem a 10 star review!

I have had trouble finding a place for an alignment for my (new to me) right hand drive imported Toyota Soarer. Bristow’s went above and beyond and did the alignment when all other shops I contacted turned me down. They have amazing customer service and my car drives so much better now! Thanks Bristows!

After four and a half months in another shop I gave up with that shop and had it towed to Bristows and with in a couple of hours they were able to diagnose the problem and it was running again. Fantastic service and expertise.

If you have a European car, this place definitely knows their stuff. The front desk staff has changed over the years I’ve been a customer and it’s not quite the same as it used to be (I would have given 5 stars before for the attention and care I got from Jordan and Chris…). Solid and meticulous work but definitely not inexpensive. I would trust any Euro car in their hands though. They can book up so get your appointments in early!

First time customer. Found out about this shop on Instagram. Excellent customer service from both Kathy and Bob, very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all they gave me good value and TRUSTWORTHY!
