The DEF fuel line on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Eco Diesel (his name is PAUL) got ripped out going over the pass. It also damaged the DEF fuel filter. I was having a hard time finding anyone who would work on it. Or even return my call. I thought I might have to figure out how to fix it myself. So, I started to look for the parts. When I did finally get a response, the quotes were very high! For the amount the shop near to me quoted, I could have bought the parts 4 times over. Then I saw the IG ad for Bristow's. We messaged back and forth. Then Kathy gave me a call to set up a time to bring it in. She got me in the next day. I dropped PAUL off on Tuesday (they gave me a ride home too) and they had him all fixed and ready by Friday afternoon!!!!! They probably would have had it fixed and ready to go the same day if they didn't have to wait for the dealership to send the parts. They were very friendly, fast, and very efficient. They made me feel welcomed and even giggled when I told them "He's name is PAUL." I'm not sure if its family owned, but it felt that way. They definitely earned my business!!! Hopefully PAUL won't need anymore work, other than regular maintenance. But I know I will Definitely bring him back to Pete and the team for all his future needs! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!! THANKS FOR FIXING PAUL!!!!!!

This place popped up on my social media feed and It got me thinking that I needed an oil change. I called the company and I was greeted by Kathy. The ease of making an appointment was a breeze. They were able to get me the next day. Once I got there (8am) both Bob and Kathy were there. What elevates them from others was the hospitality that they had, that warm welcome, that “thanks for choosing us!” I definitely felt like part of the family even though it was my first visit. There was a man selling tamales and Kathy stopped and asked me if I would like to buy some. (Again part of the family) They provided me with my quote and service that was going to be done to my car. I also had a $25 coupon and they gladly took it. Emmanuel was the technician that worked on my car. He was careful and I also spotted him wiping my car door a little with a microfiber cloth which I know he was just taking that extra care of it. Once it was time to pick up my car (1hr half wait) they gave me my total, I paid and went back to my day. Moments later I received a email which was attached courtesy inspection summary which was a nice touch because it covered all the details and recommendation from the service. This is such an amazing service that I definitely will be back. There is not a lot of room to chill (2 chairs in the waiting area) but you can take a walk and grab a coffee, there’s coffee shop close by or just make a walk around and get your exercise in. Thank you to Kathy and Bob for making this such a wonderful experience. If you need anything done go check them out!

Was able to get my car in same day for a PPI! Took great care of it, super friendly staff as well! (Note, I got very lucky to get a same day appointment)
