I recently switched from the dealership to Bristow’s Exclusive Auto Repair, and I couldn’t be happier. The difference in both service and pricing has been amazing. I’ve had my regular maintenance done here, and everything has been smooth, honest, and straightforward. It’s such a relief to find a shop you can actually trust—Bristow’s has a great reputation, and now I understand why. Pete really knows cars, and more importantly, he genuinely cares about his customers. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I’m so glad I made the switch!

I’ve always had my Porsche serviced at the dealer, but it was getting too expensive. I decided to try this place after asking ChatGPT for a recommendation, and it was my first time here. The staff was very friendly, and the cost was much more reasonable than the dealership. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

First I recommend seeing Duke, their big black dog, very friendly. Apart from Duke, the friendly and thorough service.

It was a great experience. Changed out the HID bulbs, flushed out the break fluid, and caught a leaking cooling line. Great shop and very helpfull.

A really cool shop with a real car guy running it. Loved the warm reception and courtesy by Kathy in the office as well as the quality of work done on my vehicle.

What awesome people! If I could give more stars, I totally would! We just needed to switch out a broken drivers side rear view mirror on our Jeep, and without hesitation, they got er done! Not even 10 minutes and we are on the go again. Safe for driving home now. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, Will!

I brought them my Mercedes ML500 for a rear SAM module they fixed the module and took care of some leaks that created the problem. They were very upfront, gave me an estimate, and stayed within the price range they gave me. Also, Kathy was very polite and while they did the work they stayed in touch with me the whole time. I would recommend them it's a great shop

BRISTOW’S has been a main state for me ever since I acquired my 911! And I must claim that Pete and his entire tech crew our topknot, bar none! I want to think Pete very much for taking care of my car and also meeting in an even exceeding my expectations. I recommend BRISTOW’S without hesitation in if you were in need of service for your 911 be at a modern one or the more desirable air cooled. My Mercedes was experiencing shifting problems and the technician was able to pinpoint the issue and source the part, which wasn’t easy because the specific part is not manufactured any longer. I recommend Bristow’s for your auto repair needs!
