Purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider within the last 6 months. I brought it to Bristow's on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did. Had them do a comprehensive inspection and then had them do the repairs. Car currently has 66k miles on it and it felt like it before. Now it feels like a brand new car! Everything is tight and work is very well done! They've helped me remember why I love roadster! I strongly recommend Bristow's! We've already scheduled our appointment for the wife's car! Glad we don't have to work with the old dealer anymore!

Listen-up people.. I had the mother of an issue with my parking brake. Four different shops said the same thing. Parker you are all set... gimmie that money and be gone. Each time the brake would fail. Not this time

Do not take your old Alfa here. They barely know what they're doing. They ruined the driveshaft in my Alfa 75 after having it for close to 6 months. They'll promise timelines just to disappoint you and extend them. If they think you'll accept work, they'll go ahead and start working on it without your permission and try to charge you for it. They'll return your car in worse shape. On one occasion the car came back with the handbrake not adjusted and the steering wheel on at an angle. Now the exhaust is hanging lower than it should. Goes to show you the attention to detail they simply refuse to have. On top of all that their prices are over the top. Especially considering what they deliver. Avoid for the safety of your Alfa.
