Friendly. Helpful. Professional. First time shopping there and it was so fun - who doesn't love shopping! Pete explained how to use the products ( some new to me ) and I immediately went home and washed both my boys up. They are shining like new pennies. I will certainly be back. Thanks!

Bristow’s was recommend by a friend of ours, and they definitely delivered excellent service! Unlike many automotive shops I’ve experienced, their shop was not only clean and tidy, but they were very personable and welcoming -making me feel good about leaving my vehicle in their care. Communication was excellent, and the maintenance (new brakes in my case) was completed within the time estimated, and the results feel solid and smooth. I’ll definitely be back for any further needs my 4-runner encounters, and would recommend them to anyone with a European or Asian make.

Took my F-150 to Bristow for a diagnostic check for timing belt. Sadly they found more making repairs beyond my means. They were up front and professional and almost $1500 cheaper than a diagnostic review quote from the Ford dealership.

My name is Lynda and I would like to share my experience with the compassionate staff at Bristow’s auto shop. I had taken my 1987 Jag out for gas and while at the service station it would not start, I was inform by road service that I needed a new battery and there was a gas leak, it is now towing time and I call Bristow’s to care for my little classic, by the way it was a late Friday around 430pm, they close at 5pm but I was told someone would be there til 6pm to receive my auto.💕, by the way they are closed on the weekend but Monday I was contacted and my little Jag is intact and running well. Tuesday I arrived at Bristow’s to a very friendly welcoming staff to pick up the car. Thank you Bristow’s for your patience during my time of distress. Again Thank you🙏🏾

Kept me informed. I love that. The time and care to. The only thing was the tech who drove my car from the one shop back to us. I know my car is fun. However, take it slower. I pay you to take care of it not drive how you want. Other than that, I will be back. Now I have two favorite places.
