We recently had both our Mini Cooper and Lexus serviced at Bristows. They did our brakes, new battery and oil changes for us. Pete, the owner, and Kathy and the rest of the staff (and office puppy dog) were so great to work with. They did an amazing job getting us in and keeping us posted on how work was progressing. They are an amazing group of people, do fantastic work, and we would highly recommend them.

They did a Post Purchase Inspection and an oil change. They were friendly and helpful and explained their review for me. Pete Bristow is quite a guy! Then, as I was leaving, I found my tire was flat. They took it, repaired it right away, no extra fuss. I appreciate the service and will be back!

Steve did a great job looking up the codes on my car and explaining to me what the next steps where . I feel good about being on the road and safe because I had my car worked on here.

I had Pete and his team corner balance and align a new coil over suspension I installed on my BMW track car. Before work began we discussed goals and the positives and negatives of different settings. The friendly staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Would have been nice to talk to the mechanic/tech, but I didn't ask to. Very nice service that included a courtesy ride. Very pleased with everything. I highly recommend.

This was the first time I went outside a BMW dealership to get regular service for my car. I am wondering why I didn’t do this sooner! Service was excellent and fair. I got what I need and nothing more. I’ll be coming back for sure. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service was perfect. Very pleased.
