I used Bristow’s for a Pre Purchase inspection on a Porsche Macan. They did a decent job on the mechanical side and had great service and open availability. On the expensive side so make sure to shop around prior.

Kathy at the front desk was very courteous and customer focused. Thank you. My 2004 Jaguar had a check engine light and the engine would miss at times. Your team drove and a checked the car and could not replicate the problem. I am appreciative of your team’s honesty by not recommending service that was not necessary. They did provide other service recommendations that I will address. Overall, I am pleased that I had my car serviced at Barstow’s. Able to find an appointment for my car on very short notice (catastrophic coolant leak). Work performed as per estimate. Extra points for Duke, the office greeter dog!

Brought my 1978 450SL for repairs. These guys immediately make you feel like family when you walk in. They took the time to diagnose what was wrong with the car, called everytime that they had a question, and ultimately let me know if it was worth it to keep working on the car. They were honest enough to let me know it was probably not worth it to continue working on the car. Thanks team!

Bob Fuchs has great customer service and was accommodating to my schedule. Told me exactly what a routine oil change was and when I came in it was the exact same price. Nanda was a very lovely lady that gave me a ride to my apartment and came to pick me up when my car was ready. When I drove off the car felt like a new car the oil change was much needed. I have this hidden gem a 10 star review!
