They were very professional and had amazing customer service skills. I did an online request the day prior and the next day I got a call , explained what I thought it was (didn't hassle me or tell me I didn't know I what I was talking about like past experiences with mechanics), and they had parts ordered and my car was fixed the same day. They gave me a quote over the phone and my price only differed slightly because I was given a discount. Would definitely use in the future.

I took my 2005 mercedes s500 into Bristows for some diagnostics. While I didnt get the news i was hoping for, I absolutely appreciate them so much for their honesty and integrity. I will definitely be back if I decide on another European vehicle, and will reccomend them to anyone.
