I’ve had my Lexus RX 330 maintained by Pete & crew for 12 years, and they have always been thorough, knowledgeable, and fair. I’m now moving out of town, and before I left I had them do a complete maintenance of my car, which is at 184,000 miles. It went like clockwork, and I now expect it to easily go another 40-50k miles. Thanks for all the good service over the years.

Excellent service on an old Porsche that had a particularly vexing problem. When the initial fix was not quite right Bristow’s persisted until the problem was completely solved with no additional charges after the initial cost. Recommend Bristow’s to anyone with a vehicle in need of repair or maintenance.

Thanks guys once again, this time for diagnosing the apparent low-pressure light gremlin, and having my car repaired, tested, and out the same day I brought it in. You guys are awesome, and you know, even the fellow customers (new and repeat) I encounter in your lobby always seem to be cool people. And my car never feels snubbed by the more exclusive cars sometimes sitting on the next lift over.

Brought our X1 in to diagnose a recurring engine malfunction and check engine light. We dropped it off late afternoon, the car was ready by late morning the next day. Quick diagnosis and repair of turbo wastegate related problem. Final price was lower than quoted due to quick diagnosis and not replacing accessory items that weren't required for repair. Definitely recommend Bristows. Plus lots of beautiful German eye candy to view while at the shop.

I've used them a few time for car inspections. Brought my S2000 to them in about 2014 to ensure my car was ready for it's first track event. Also had them do a PPI on a Porsche. Very thorough.
