Since moving to tacoma six years ago, i have relied on bristow's to keep my Honda crv and my son's ford explorer in safe condition. in fact,, before buying the crv, I had bristows perform prepurchase instpection on 2 other cars and then the crv. they issues and concerns they shared with the first two used vehicles influenced my decision not to purchase. their green flag on the crv influenced my buying it and i have not had any surprises!! Bristow's ability to identify necessary work from recommended work, to explain the reasons why and perform the work are all exceptional. I often tell them, my son's 1997 explorer is not worth the cost of some maintenance and repairs, BUT MY SONS LIFE IS! they have maintained his car so well, that upon him inheriting a recently passed grandfathers 2014 vehicle, my son passed on his explorer to my newly permit-driver stepdaughter because he knows bristows has it safe and reliable with potential for several more years dependability. Bristows recommendations like replacing spark plugs to ensure ability to merge onto I-5 safely (it would sputter on an onramp) proved invaluable; my stepdaughter is nervous merging and that recommendation instilled confidence in her and performance in the explorer. I also sneak my bmw in as often as possible. Bristows specializes in foreign performance cars. Unfortunately (or actually fortunately), mine is covered under a bmw warranty for most serivce. but any noncovered things, i drive it instatnly to bristows. when warranty expires, i will bring it always to bristows. can you imagine i look forward to when the warranty expires??
