These guys are amazing! As a single female new to Washington state, I was overwhelmed when my 325i (her name is Buffy) found herself broken down in Tacoma. I live across town in Lynnwood and didn't know how to handle the situation. I appealed to Bristow's via email, and not only did the owner Pete respond, he went out to where Buffy was, examined her, took pictures and when he determined she was in an unscrupulous area, towed my Buffy to his shop. These guys, Brian and Pete, made me feel more secure with my car and Washington in general. Great mechanics, great guys, great service! Thanks Bristows.
