I like coming to Bristows because of how professional yet welcoming they are.

Pete did a great job with his mechanic to figure out my creek in the Tarett Cup LCA. He called Tarett and spoke to Ira, President of Tarett, regarding the monoball on the inboard end of the LCA creeking. Tarett made a decision to send a replacement free of change. I followed up in a few days after the part arrived to have it sucessfully installed. Sent back the failed part to Tarett for their dissection of the part. Car was creek free and seemed to still be alignment. Thanks again Pete for you help and response to my needs. Ken Milne

I've had the pleasure of owning eight Porsches over the last twenty-four years. From a 944 to a couple of 911 Turbos and everything in between. Over that time I have had maintenance and repairs at numerous dealerships and specialty shops from Georgia to Washington. You will not find better service than Bristow's. Integrity is hard to come by in today's world and that is what keeps me returning to Bristow's.

I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in after doing an engine swap and it wouldn't start. For the life of me i couldn't figure out the issue. I asked for a diagnostic to let me know what the problem is and they got it fired up! Using their ultra super mechanic powers, they narrowed it down to the camshaft sensor having an intermittent signal. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Jordan and the crew at Bristows Auto. Thank you all for the wonderful and knowledgeable experience. I will be back.
