Jordan is really great at taking the time to explain the needed services, and making sure things are done right. I'm thrilled to have found a really great, honest shop. Couldn't be happier when it comes to repairs and services from Bristow's.

I was referred to Bristow’s by a family friend in 2005. At that time I had a supercharged hatchback and they sorted out my vehicle properly. I have been coming back ever since. What do I like most about this business? They can properly diagnose your vehicle no matter what make or model, condition. Heavily modified cars to daily commuters from Ferrari’s to Fords they can do it. It is like having your own Jay Leno Garage Crew who can literally restore any vehicle right here in Tacoma, Washington.

Bristow's made me feel totally confident in the verdict they gave on the vehicle I sent in to have inspected before I made a purchasing decision on it. They were very kind, highly professional, and adept at explaining things related to the vehicle in an understandable way. They sent me a full email spreadsheet with all the details from their inspection along with pictures of everything they we're concerned about, which took the experience to an even better level of excellence for me. These guys are awesome! They service my Bertone x1/9 (one of the few left in existence). Ive used them exclusively for my Bertone for about 4 yrs now. No other shop in Tacoma even has a clue about what this car is & how to service it. Granted, it's an Italian car with a manual that requires a PhD! My car is usually there longer than I'd prefer, but they are a very busy shop that actually takes their time & very thorough & I appreciate that. I never have to worry that they will try to sell me unnecessary repairs! I have full confidence in them & their integrity. Thank you Pete & your staff! Top notch.
