I have a unique situation that I wanted to share of my experience with Bristow's Auto Repair and the entire staff. Recently I inherited a 1965 Ford Shelby Cobra from an uncle of mine that passed away. This car was my uncle's passion and was in large part who he was as an individual. I knew when inheriting this vehicle that I was not just a new owner, but the custodian of carrying on his legacy in taking care of this car moving forward. The car sat in storage yard for years as my uncle battled with cancer and as a result needed some work done. I was referred to Pete and his shop through a friend and I could not have been referred to anyone better to do the necessary work. Pete and the entire team first wanted to learn about the car, its history and my personal connection. Instantly, Pete and his Team respected the responsibility of making the necessary repairs. Instantly, I felt my personal connection became their own personal connection. The thoroughness, the attention to every single detail, going beyond the problem(s) pointed out to them and taking that extra inspection or effort to make sure absolutely everything was right, repaired correctly and with the finest of details meeting the most harshest critique of excellence. There are times when you meet people in life that change it or it effects you profoundly. Pete, Jordan and the entire staff have made such a positive impact in my life that I could not help but share. Pete is one of those guys that would give you the shirt off his back and certainly stands behind everything he does. Communicating off-hours when an emergency pops up or dropping everything he is doing to help a customer on the side of the road, which I personally witnesses. The best thing is that Pete is as humble as they come w/ such a passion of high energy and positivity that its hard not to feel at ease bringing your vehicle, race car, collector car or toy to be serviced at his shop. Pete, Jordan and Bristow's have a great thing going here that other's need to know about because good people need to be recognized for exceptional service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Took my wife's 2010 BMW X5 in to diagnose a small oil leak. It was discovered that the oil pan and rear main seal were both lightly leaking, estimated repairs around $3400.00. The technician, Rob, also heard a whistle in the PCV system that I couldn't hear. Rob recommended we repair the PCV problem first to relieve any internal engine pressure. Total cost, $161.00!! It's been two weeks since Bristow's did the repairs with NO new drips on our garage floor!
