Came into Bristows Auto for a check engine light appointment. Quick & easy to set up an appointment. Brian the service advisor provided great customer service, from making me feel welcomed to Bristows, to quickly ordering the part needed to get the job done. The technician Micahel was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnose the problem. I own a Saab it didn't cost me an arm, and leg after the service was done. Like at most dealerships they would charge twice as much for a simple check engine service, on top of what needs to be done, not at Bristows Auto! They provided a well detailed explanation to what the diagnosis was, and explained clearly to what can be done about it. I would recommend Bristows Auto for there great customer service, great knowledgeable staff, awesome job with there work, and the cost didn't hurt our wallet for the service. Easy place to find, great staffing, parking is a bit tight since there's other vehicles being worked on, and plenty of reading material in case you need to wait. Me & my fiancee are satisfied customers, and will do business again in the near future. Keep up the great work Bristows Auto!
