These guys are awesome! They service my Bertone x1/9 (one of the few left in existence). Ive used them exclusively for my Bertone for about 4 yrs now. No other shop in Tacoma even has a clue about what this car is & how to service it. Granted, it's an Italian car with a manual that requires a PhD! My car is usually there longer than I'd prefer, but they are a very busy shop that actually takes their time & very thorough & I appreciate that. I never have to worry that they will try to sell me unnecessary repairs! I have full confidence in them & their integrity. Thank you Pete & your staff! Top notch.

These guys know Porsche. They have been providing Service for my 2008 Porsche Cayman S for several years and keeping it running efficiently. I feel confident that when I take my car on the road it will perform as expected. Before service is done they explain what is to be done and if the car needs additional work they inform me and explain in terms I can understand. I thought their mitigation techniques for Covid -19 helped me feel better when dropping off and picking up my car for recent service.

First time at Bristows and I'm sold. South Tacoma Honda mis-diagnosed my Ridgeline as needing a repair that Bristows discovered was not needed. Instead the Bristow's repair was 1/3 what the dealer estimated and it fixed the problem. And they explained in far greater detail what needed to be fixed and why. They are thorough , knowledgeable and fair. Exactly what you want in auto repair.
