I have taken my 07 Audi A3 in a few times over the last few years. Their prices are very reasonable. Jordan and the staff are very friendly. I had a water pump replaced 2 years ago. Recently a motor mount broke, when they were replacing it they realized the water pump was leaking. The warranty expired next month. They honored the warranty and replaced the water pump at no charge. I am grateful for their honesty and will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to Bristow's.
