Excellent service. Always giving me a heads up if and when something doesn’t look right. Far better than the service I was getting at the dealership. I do not trust my car with just anyone. These guys do it right.

Very thorough 4 wheel corner balance and alignment on my 1980 Porsche 911. Pete and the rest of the crew were very knowledgeable with baseline settings for my track car.

From the very first phone call to the finished product everyone working at Bristows did an amazing job on my car. Jordan and Chris in the office kept me up to date with everything they were doing on my car and any issues they found they immediately consulted with me before moving forward. The techs that worked on the car were extremely precise and replaced all worn parts and made the car drive like new. They lowered it an inch and the alignment tech was able to put it back into perfect alignment, which I’m sure is not easy on an all wheel drive Porsche. Upon pick up Pete personally discussed what was done to my car and made sure I understood everything. It looks perfect! And I would strongly recommend Bristows to anyone looking for a quality job and incredible customer service at a fair and very transparent price.

I highly recommend going here! What I love about this shop is that they’re HONEST and they aren’t going to tell you something is wrong with your car to make a sale off of you. When they did a maintenance check on my car I got a very detailed description of everything I needed to get done and the importance of those things needing to be done in order. Not only do they tell you what is most important to get fixed first, but you’re able to work with them, meaning they aren’t going to start working on your car without speaking to you first of what the cost is and what you can afford first and foremost. Which I find very important because some places will start on your car and then shock you with a price you can’t even afford then hold your car hostage. Jordan was able to send me a detailed list of everything I needed to get done in the future on my car (Which I’ve been sadly neglecting. Shame on me.) so that I know what it’s going to cost when I go in the future to help my poor car get better!! I sure tell you not a lot of shops (if any) would take the time to layout a price list for your car! I will definitely be back for ALL of my car needs.
