I took in my Audi Q5 into Bristow's and from the beginning, I was getting quality customer service. Jordan was the representative that helped me throughout the entire process. He sent me email updates, text updates, and when things were a bit harder to explain, he would call me regularly. My car repairs were very extensive due to an oil leak caused by another technician hired somewhere else that caused more damage. The team at Bristow's (Emmanuel, the mechanic) were very thorough and walked me through everything that was going on. I was given detailed descriptions of the entire process. I was a part of the decision making and was given expert recommendations a long the way. I felt so comfortable leaving my car at this shop and I felt truly taken care of! The owner even sent a follow up to make sure all is going well, which was a nice touch! If I ever need any more car repairs, they are def going to be the first call I make! Thank you again!!
