I have an old Buick Reatta and my touchscreen had burned out. The Buick dealer in Tacoma would not help me repair it, they said, they could not get the things to repair it any more, so I went to Bristow. And YES they helped me, even though it was hard to get the touchscreen ! I am so happy with their way to handle it and I will highly recommend them to anybody ! They kept their promises about the price, even though they had to get 3 different screens before it worked !

Beginning of February, my husband, Joshua, set up the appointment for my car to get an oil change and figure out where it was leaking coolant. We got an appointment right away. At first they couldnt find a leak, but they kept at it until they finally found a small leak from the radiator. They recommended using a sealer as we were not ready to replace. Brian gave us estimates for repair, and had great customer service.

We love these guys, the peace of mind of trusting your mechanic is priceless. Had to repair our Porsche recently and as always we were treated very well here. Thanks again Brian, Patrick and Pete. I've had them work on everything from a VF supercharged GTI, to a commuter Honda Civic. I no longer worry about costs for maintaining and repairing cars because I have a mechanic I can trust at Bristows.

"Excellent experience on short notice" Then engine light appeared on my 1999 MB E320, which always requires prompt attention. I called Bristow's Auto in Tacoma and talked with Brian. He fit me into a busy schedule one day later, and the work was very high quality and complete. I was very impressed with the communication with me about my car all through the morning I was there. The technician came out to the waiting area and talked with me about the specific issue, and had printed a picture of the problem so I could understand it better. Now I am a raving fan, and have told others about my experience at Bristow's.

Took in my car for a basic headlight repair which ended up needing more steps than they thought, and they still managed to do it in the time I had! Great waiting area (extra points for Olive the dog) and very friendly and helpful staff. I've also been to many auto places where they treat young women like myself like inept idiots who know nothing about cars, and the staff at Bristow's was helpful but not condescending. And there's a first time customer discount!

Thank you so much to Pete, Patrick, Brian, and team for taking such good care of my car! You guys were great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process, and I will definitely be returning for my next service. My fiancé and I drive down from Seattle to get our cars worked on at Bristows because of the excellent work that they do.

I have been a customer of Pete and the Bristow's crew for about two years now and have had nothing but an excellent experience. I recently had my car serviced, as well as my finance's, and received 10/10 customercare care. Despite finding additional things needing repairs and extending the working time, Patrick and Brian kept us in the loop and, got everything taken care of.
