My classic car was towed to Bristow’s completely seized up. It was freshly detailed at the time of its arrival and also when I pulled out of there. It was closely diagnosed as they made sure every step of the way that I wanted to proceed as the labor and parts started to add up. All the while, making sure I was satisfied. Also, in depth discussions as well as educational elements were always involved relating to my classic vehicle and the necessary of particular parts and fabrication work and custom work was always described in great detail and a lot of the times simplified so I could understand what needed to be done at that step or process. I am delighted to have been able to have Pete and his team either in the office or shop floor.

Just picked up my 911 and the list of recommendations of what to do next was exactly what I thought it was. They are extremely helpful and honest, I had an unexpected repair and am extremely happy and grateful for their professionalism and experience. My 911 ran great before it broke and now it runs even better. Pete and his crew are top notch. Tacoma is lucky to have such a shop .
