"Excellent experience on short notice" Then engine light appeared on my 1999 MB E320, which always requires prompt attention. I called Bristow's Auto in Tacoma and talked with Brian. He fit me into a busy schedule one day later, and the work was very high quality and complete. I was very impressed with the communication with me about my car all through the morning I was there. The technician came out to the waiting area and talked with me about the specific issue, and had printed a picture of the problem so I could understand it better. Now I am a raving fan, and have told others about my experience at Bristow's.

Took in my car for a basic headlight repair which ended up needing more steps than they thought, and they still managed to do it in the time I had! Great waiting area (extra points for Olive the dog) and very friendly and helpful staff. I've also been to many auto places where they treat young women like myself like inept idiots who know nothing about cars, and the staff at Bristow's was helpful but not condescending. And there's a first time customer discount!

Thank you so much to Pete, Patrick, Brian, and team for taking such good care of my car! You guys were great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process, and I will definitely be returning for my next service. My fiancé and I drive down from Seattle to get our cars worked on at Bristows because of the excellent work that they do.

I called the shop to get pricing on a diagnostic on my vehicle, I first spoke to Brian to get information. He was polite and courteous and was knowledgeable when asked questions about my vehicle model. Which made me feel confident that this was the place to get my car check. When I brought my vehicle in I spoke to Patrick who was also very knowledgeable. Later on in the day Patrick called and explained the results of the diagnostic in great detail making sure I understood everything. After letting him know what work I wanted done, they began work on the vehicle. Patrick gave me a call half way thru the process just to give me a update on what's being done and offered suggestions. I'm very glad to be able to say that I got back my vehicle in great shape the same day and for a reasonable price. Oh and by the way they did offer me a military discount which is an awesome way to make a vet feel appreciated. Thank you for doing such a great job, you got a customer for life. My recent oil change and vehicle service went quickly, was reasonably priced, and my muffler no longer rattles! Overall, I would say the best part of Bristow's work is their customer service and ability to address my needs as a customer. I will surely be coming back for future oil changes and service needs. :)

Thanks again for the excellent and honest service in diagnosing my elusive front end noise, and for the complete fluid change. After your coolant system flushing process, my heater is blasting hotter than it has since I've owned the car.
