Great service, done quickly for a great price. What more could you ask for?

So far I only had really good experiences with Bristow's Auto Repair. I intended to buy a 2006 Audi A4 but I didn't want to buy it before I was able to get a pre-buyers inspection. Bristow's was able to give me a same day appointment. They explained me perfectly what is wrong with the car, how much it will cost to get it fixed and an advise on what I should do. I ended up buying this car but wanting to get a major thing fixed before I will drive it as my daily commuter and they were able to do that for me. I got the next available appointment and they were able to take care of my problem within 4 hours. PVC valves replaced and the intake hoes repaired which fixed the engine light that got read out as "Turbo/Supercharger Underboost/Condition". I'm very happy and glad I'm able to drive my car without worrying about it. I would recommend that place to anybody with an Audi :)

They took the time not only to deal with me as a frustrated owner of a gray market car, but also to properly diagnose and repair the vehicle itself. I am very impressed with not only the professionalism of their staff but also they're courteousness and honesty throughout the entire process. The owner Pete, also introduced himself in person and walked me to my car so I can hear it run for the first time in years. I was ecstatic! I would recommend bristow's to anyone whether it be for a high-end exotic vehicle like my temperamental Porsche, or a domestic vehicle like my Malibu which I also had brought in for service. As always, fantastic work by Bristow's at the last minute. My car broke down on Monday 12/18 and they were able to fix my problem and get me my car back in 24 hours. They are always nice and gave me a ride to the rental car agency. They always answer any questions I have. They are the best!
