I haven't been as satisfied with a mechanics service since moving to Washington state than I am with the guys at Bristows Auto.these guys are freaking fantastic! I can't say enough about how good they treated me and how 'well taken care of' I felt while my "Buffy" (she's a 325i) was in their capable hands. From the very moment I contacted Brian on the phone, he eased my mind and let me know I'd be taken care of. The the owner, Pete Bristow, took the time to personally go and check on Buffy, took pictures and sent them to me and took it upon himself to tow her to his shop, It saved her from being impounded and it saved me much money and heartache. When I was prepared to buy another BMW I took it to Bristows and again they saved me. They did a pre-purchase inspection and highly recommended NOT buy the car I was intending to buy that day. If it weren't for the guys at Bristows, I'd be in yet another bad car situation. If you're looking for reliable, honest just plain good guys who really know their stuff, you can't go wrong with Bristows Auto. (Tell them Buffy sent ya) ;-)

I always come to Bristow's for my vehicle's repairs. They are very knowledgeable, fair, and I only trust them to touch my vehicles. I've been coming to Bristow's for years, and will keep doing so. If you haven't found a reliable, trustworthy shop and technicians, I highly recommend them.
