I had a great experience with getting my Acadias oil changed. I got in quickly and even though I arrived super early they were able to get me in and taken care of. Brian was super helpful and great to talk with while I waited. I appreciate the care given to my car, I was given a report of what the thought should be replaced and wasn't pushed in to do so. I have gone in to places in the past and feel that because I am a woman they can intimidate me into replacing filters and breaks. These guys didn't give me any pressure. I would recommend this shop for any of your car needs.

Bristows was able to work us into their busy schedule after our vehicle became nondrivable. We appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and talked us through the multiple options for repairs. Their inspection was able to identify other issues we didn't realize and they only did work that we approved. The pricing was incredibly reasonable and we will definitely be back!

Bristow's Auto Repair has my wholehearted trust. They won me over by not being condescending (being that I am a woman). They have been taking care of my 1982 Honda for at least the past ten years! I really believe I found the gem of auto repair shops!
