We had a great experience at Bristow's doing some tune-up and work on our Honda minivan. Great documentation and photos showing the state of everything on the vehicle, full documented inspection, and honesty about what did NOT need to be done. After just our first experience, I already feel a lot of trust working with Bristow's and we plan on using them for all our vehicles. Recommended!

I trust them with my Macan. They have outstanding customer service and demonstrate quality in everything they do. They take the time to really explain the details of what they are doing and why. They keep detailed notes on the history of my vehicle. It is like going to my personal car doctor. I have to drive extra long distance to get to them and it’s worth it. I won’t go anywhere else.

The people there take time to explain things and what my options are. They dont try to push products or unnecessary work but will recommend the required work to be safe. The work was completed on time and the new tires and alignment are great.

This is the place you want to take your German and Asian cars!! Best place in town! I had my mini cooper break down on the side of I-5 one day, and had to get it towed to this shop. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated their honesty, and transparency with my car. They made me recommendations that were best suited for me and my vehicle, and not just looking to make a quick buck. Jordan was also my Service Representative. I could not thank him enough for his effective communication and flexibility with me. His accommodations and customer service skills are some of the best I've seen in awhile.
