Bristow's immediately got to work on diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, getting it up and running again. Their staff was friendly and helpful. They graciously stored my vehicle inside until I could have it shipped back to Arizona. I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.

My 1978 BMW 320i had been sitting in my garage for a very long time. Called LeMay’s Auto Museum. They said check with the BMW Car Club folks, when I did, they recommended Bristow’s here in Tacoma. Friendly, knowledgeable, and kept in contact via phone calls, texts, and emails. Treated me respectfully, and answered all my questions. Now, just to forewarn you, if you have an older car, remember to be patient cause finding parts can cause a delay of when you’ll get it back, BUT when you do get your car back you shall be very pleased. John, Cody, and Pete will hook you up with fantastic service and communication on your vehicle. Money well spent.
