The people there take time to explain things and what my options are. They dont try to push products or unnecessary work but will recommend the required work to be safe. The work was completed on time and the new tires and alignment are great.

This is the place you want to take your German and Asian cars!! Best place in town! I had my mini cooper break down on the side of I-5 one day, and had to get it towed to this shop. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated their honesty, and transparency with my car. They made me recommendations that were best suited for me and my vehicle, and not just looking to make a quick buck. Jordan was also my Service Representative. I could not thank him enough for his effective communication and flexibility with me. His accommodations and customer service skills are some of the best I've seen in awhile. I called to request a pre-purchase inspection for an Evo. They were able to squeeze me in later in the week and check it out. The sent me a really detailed, comprehensive list of everything about the car with things that looked good, things going out, and things that need immediate attention. Afterwards, they gave me a call to walk through the inspection, any red flags, and their thoughts on moving forward with the purchase. It was all really helpful and a great service. It even gives me a great list to start with regarding working on the car. The guy I spoke to on the phone (wish I recalled his name) was very nice and answered all my questions. They seemed genuinely interested and excited about checking out the car. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PPI! It was about $250. I live in Bremerton, but definitely would consider driving down just to take the car to them!
