Hello, I have been going to Bristow's for several years and I have NOTHING but positive statements to make regarding the entire organization from being in touch about a service to out the door satisfaction with service, price, communication and honesty. I have had dealings with everyone there from starting with Brian to the three techs. to Pete- the owner. All of these people are professional, smart, and truly want to do the very best job they can related to your vehicle. Car repair/maintenance at this point in the evolution of the profession is not only smart, common sense diagnosis, and gifted use of tools, but also, an admiral ability to master the use of technology to assist in timely & competent repairs along with just plain hard work. This business has it all and has for many years. I have read some of the negative reviews and, frankly, I see very, very few that MAY be valid. This is a business/profession that is art and a science. You can not know exactly how long or how much a procedure will take or cost- even after you have started it and still run to so many possible "unknowns". Some people buy a pre-owned car that sold for $80,000-$100,000 new that they expect to have repaired for an unrealistic low price- it simply can't be done. The price of parts is amazing- on any car these days. I have sat in their office for many, many hours over the years when a repair has required so many hours more than anyone realized- AND more money! If you want a shop you can trust to perform the best for you- this is it! These are smart, common sense, honest and caring people!
