Pete and his staff exemplify professionalism to a very high level. Before solidifying my first service appointment at Bristow's, I took a peek inside the shop. I was very pleased to see that it was nearly immaculate. The work areas were very organized, everyone was appearing to be productive, and there were other high-end vehicles on the racks. These are all things that a picky Porsche owner such as myself looks for, and rarely finds in an independent shop. I booked my appointment that day, and was even given a courtesy ride back to work by one of the friendly staff members.Michelle and Brian at the front counter were very courteous and knowledgable from my initial phone consultation all the way through me taking delivery of my vehicle once the work was finished.Pete personally walked me through the repairs performed on my Porsche and made sure to answer all of my questions until I comfortably understood the system I had serviced crystal clearly. I really appreciated this because very few shops make your experience personal like this, take the time to help you make sense of how things fail, and offer you preventative maintenance advice.My bottom line is, everyone knows that car trouble is inevitable and can be very expensive.However, knowing without a doubt in my mind that my Porsche is at the right place for repair is absolutely priceless to me. Thank you sincerely to the entire Bristow's staff (and the precious Olive!) I'm looking forward to my next appointment on the 30th for the performance upgrades, and your shop will come highly recommended to my family and friends by me for their Porsche needs.
