Really friendly staff let me know exactly what was going on with my car!Just took quite a while!

The only place I get my oil changed! I trust these folks with my car and recommend them highly to friends and family. I appreciate that they keep tidy records of maintenance performed and make recommendations in a gentle way so I don't feel pressured into getting something done. Plus, their bathroom is always clean!

I've been taking my car to Bristow's for almost 5 years now. The best service and the best people. Everyone here is so friendly and a second family to me. They are always helpful in explaining details about my car and what needs to be done in order to get it to where it needs to be. They provide coffee which is wonderful and make me feel welcomed each time I come in. Love it here so much!

Michelle and everyone there went above and beyond the regular service including giving me rides back to my home so I could start work right away. Everyone is extremely nice and more than willing to help especially when the part ordered didn't fit right you guys built it yourselves! Awesome job!!

I just wanted thank you and your team again for the great replacement you did on my radiator 1/15/2016. Bristow’s has a clear commitment to not only great work but also honest, reliable customer service. As a single woman it’s hard to find a shop that you feel comfortable enough asking questions without the fear of being overcharged or robbed blind. Even with all the money I’ve spent up to this point with previous bad mechanics, and garage fixes, I’ve made a commitment to keeping my BMW 325i and I wouldn’t have made that choice had it not been for finding Bristow`s Auto Repair. I`ll recommend you guys to any & everyone I know with a European vehicle in need of top notch, honest repair work and excellent customer service!!!

Brian is a true professional, gentleman and steward of classic cars. He performed a PPI for me on a 1968 Porsche 912. He was my eyes, hands and gut from afar ( Florida). Performed a very thorough inspection that led to a no buy decision, all for an incredibly fare price! My most sincere thank you for a job well done!! Enjoy dinner on me !
