I like coming to Bristows because of how professional yet welcoming they are.

Pete did a great job with his mechanic to figure out my creek in the Tarett Cup LCA. He called Tarett and spoke to Ira, President of Tarett, regarding the monoball on the inboard end of the LCA creeking. Tarett made a decision to send a replacement free of change. I followed up in a few days after the part arrived to have it sucessfully installed. Sent back the failed part to Tarett for their dissection of the part. Car was creek free and seemed to still be alignment. Thanks again Pete for you help and response to my needs. Ken Milne
