First time at Bristows and I'm sold. South Tacoma Honda mis-diagnosed my Ridgeline as needing a repair that Bristows discovered was not needed. Instead the Bristow's repair was 1/3 what the dealer estimated and it fixed the problem. And they explained in far greater detail what needed to be fixed and why. They are thorough , knowledgeable and fair. Exactly what you want in auto repair.

Very knowledgeable staff, with many different vehicles. I've brought in everything from a Ford F-150, Kia Optima to a collector- Lancia Zagato. And every time it has been top notch service with a fast turn around!

Jordan and Pete were just terrific helping me get my Audi repaired. I was going through a very difficult time and these guys worked with me and helped me get this car repaired and back on the road. Bristow’s rebuilt a 49 year old motor for me witch I removed and reinstalled, it started at the first attempt and ran smooth. All the staff there is a pleasure to work with and have a high skill level. I will look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you for the great job. Larry
