Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, straightforward. Pete has a great team; Jordan and Chris are fantastic managing the people, calls and cars in a manner that made me feel that i was well taken care of. They really listened to what i said and i knew that my concerns were heard and they were going to do what they could to take care of these items.
